This is a simple recipe that can be made in less then 3o minutes!
What's needed?
1 lb spicy Italian sausage, 1 lb broccoli, 3 Cups chicken stock, 1 box Rigatoni, 1 Cup water
2 Tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp Pepper, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, 1/2 Cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
1) Remove sausage from casings, Heat oil in large heavy bottomed pot.
2) Add Sausage and cook until browned (about 8 Minutes)
3) Add broccoli, Red pepper flakes, salt and pepper, stir until combined.
4) Add pasta and chicken stock plus 1 cup water, Bring to a boil cook for 12-15 minutes with a lid on, 
stirring occasionally until all water liquid is absorbed.
5) Add parmesan and stir to incorporate
6) Garnish with a little parmesan.
